Multi-functional building in the block of VEF

Residential and public buildings
The building was raised around 1910 as one of the factory buildings of the former Russian electrical company “Union” (VEF), by architects Heinrich Scheel and Friedrich Scheffel. 4 levels of industrial height are built as the monolithic concrete structure. In the facades the brick structures are interrupted by voluminous small-pane glazing. In the future, loft-type apartments, offices, small workshops and shops are planned here.
